At Matsuya,
If you can take your eyes off the aquarium, you'll
notice the equally lengthy menu. Don't overlook the
jumbo shrimp on the barbie served on bamboo skewers
and seasoned ala Indochine with a tequila-lime
salsa. Try the cellophane noodles tossed in a
toasted sesame dressing. The sushi and sashimi list
is loaded with the usual suspects, but also includes
a few variations, including the Triple Sec roll and
the mother's roll.

chef....great rolls...fabulous tuna tartar....fresh
fish always...that's Matsuya. Newly
decorated and with a new owner, things can only get
better. Great cooked food as well. Best Restaurant
in town. This is a must try! Friendly staff and
